Lead portfolio-level asset management for utility-scale solar and wind projects across India. Oversee financial performance, contractual compliance, and stakeholder reporting for a combined portfolio of 500+ MW.
Manage on-site operations and preventive maintenance programmes for large-scale ground-mounted solar plants. Drive availability targets and implement SunKey's digital O&M protocols.
Support M&A and project finance transactions by conducting technical assessments of solar, wind, and hybrid assets across GCC markets. Produce bankable independent engineer reports.
Build and maintain SunKey's IoT data pipelines, SCADA integrations, and real-time monitoring dashboards. Drive predictive maintenance analytics using time-series ML models.
Model and monitor financial performance of SunKey's managed asset portfolio. Prepare lender compliance reports, manage PPA invoicing workflows, and support refinancing engagements.
Identify and pursue new client mandates across India and the Middle East. Build relationships with IPPs, infrastructure funds, and developers seeking best-in-class asset management partners.
